The Sbriciolata is a modern version of the traditional Sbrisolona, a typical dessert from Mantua. A characteristic that has remained over the years is its friability, from which it takes its name, which makes it a special and delicious dessert. The Sbriciolata has a shortcrust pastry base and a soft filling made of ricotta cream and our Tuccitella. To cover it all, a cascade of crumbled shortcrust pastry, crunchy and fragrant.
