The tomatoes for this sauce are harvested on the hills of Sannio and Dauno, where they are appreciated for their rich, genuine and natural flavour.

The product contains only tomato and salt, and is bottled in beer bottles as in ancient times, when housewives kept the empty ones and reused them for this purpose.
