One of the most famous combinations of our culinary tradition, revisited by Fabio Tuccillo to make a unique and delicious Panettone. Ricotta and Pears, apparently just two simple ingredients, give life to a panettone with an intense and enveloping aroma. At Tuccillo Bakery we choose only top quality ingredients, such as candied Angys pears or vanilla-flavored ricotta, so even the "simple" ingredients become precious elements of a creation. An unforgettable taste experience , finished with a white chocolate ganache covering and candied pear cubes.
