Classic Panettone

Not the usual panettone: if the filling recalls the classic flavors, with Australian 6 Crown sultanas and Sicilian candied orange cubes, the Classic Panettone by Tuccillo Bakery hides a soft heart, where innovation and tradition come together for a new taste experience. The research of the maître Fabio Tuccillo led him to experiment with a dough with 3 processes compared to the only 2 required by the traditional recipe. An innovative technique, which requires 48 hours of leavening: the panettone is thus much softer, lighter, more fragrant and above all digestible. To further embellish this little gem of the pastry shop, an almond glaze, enriched with granulated sugar and whole raw almonds.
